Some additions to the Forum!

I've just added two new features to the forum:

1) Ranks: These are little icons that will show up under your avatar when you achieve a minimum number of posts in the forum.

- Here is how it works:
- Minimum 10 posts = 1 icon YELLOW
- Minimum 25 posts = 2 icons GREEN
- Minimum 50 posts = 3 icons BLUE
- Minimum 100 posts = 4 icons PURPLE
- Minimum 200 posts = 5 icons RED
- Minimum 300 posts = 6 icons BROWN
- Minimum 500 posts = 7 icons BLACK

2) Awards: You will come across some very cute Medals that show up in the profile of members who are given awards. The award will only show up for a brief period of time and is visible to everyone during that time. Be sure to browse around the members list and check the profiles. Search for the award recipients and post their user name, and the award name in the "Where's Waldo" Forum. Whoever posts it first wins! We'll have a little fun with this and see if people get a kick out of it.
