| OK...let's start with the Alligator Steak. Years ago I went to Lambertville Station and saw Alligator on the menu. It was too crazy not to try...so we did. My husband and I were totally surprised that we really liked it. And guess what - it tasted just like chicken! Just kidding!!!! Honestly - I forget now how it tasted, but I do know that we both really liked it. We were so proud of having eaten something so exotic (well at least for us anyway). Anybody else eat an Alligator??? | |

| No, I never ate alligator, but I ate rattlesnake in Denver, CO. It was served as an appetizer with a dipping souce and was really good--you couldn't tell what it was --it had no distinct taste. | |
