Hi,
I was having trouble practicing all of the things I have learned--as a result I practiced none. Then I thought of a system and it works quite well ( unless life gets in the way).
Here it is: Day one--do paragraph 1
Day two--do paragraph 2
Day three--do paragraph 3
Day four--do Tai Chi sword
Day five--do Horsehair whip
Day six--do the 13 form
Day seven--do Swimming Dragon and DaLu
I also try to hold the Qi Gong post for 7-10 minutes each day. Hope this helps somebody else.
